How do I make a booking?

Please get in touch via phone, email or our booking form. We will need to check whether your desired watch is available on your selected day.

We will then be able to generate a booking for you.

How do I collect my hired watch?

Our watches can be collected via our office, or alternatively they can be delivered to you in person (depending on your location) for an added fee.

How long can watches be booked for?

Our watches can be hired for fixed durations.

  • Weekend hire (Fri-Mon)

  • Weekday hire (Tue-Thur)

  • 7-day hire

The minimum hire is 48 hours.

Who is able to hire luxury items from WatchVIP?

Our clients must be a minimum of 18 years of age and residents of the UK.

How much does it cost to hire from WatchVIP?

Please see booking fees displayed on the product pages of each luxury item.

Are there any added fees to pay?

The booking fee covers the hire of luxury goods from WatchVIP.

In the unlikely event that goods are returned late or damaged, there will be additional fees to pay. This will be explained in detail on the day of your booking.

Is there a security deposit to pay?

Yes. Our luxury goods for hire require a security deposit on the day of collection.

The deposit required will depend on the value of the item being hired.

For most short-term bookings, your bank will show the security deposit as pending throughout the duration of hire.

In the extremely unlikely case that you return our merchandise in damaged condition, then fees may be deducted to cover our damages. If the merchandise is not returned at all, then the security deposit will be retained.

For peace of mind, we also recommend that you add any hired goods to your home insurance policy.

How far in advance can bookings be made?

We currently take bookings up to one year in advance.

If you would like to discuss specific dates with us, please get in touch by phone, email or our booking form.

Am I able to take hired goods abroad?

We would advise that our clients do not take any hired goods abroad. This will better allow you to return hired goods on time.

Can I cancel my booking?

We currently accept booking cancellations that meet the following critera.

  • 100% refund - in the event that you change your mind within 7 days of making your booking (must be at least 4 weeks before the booking date).

  • 50% refund - booking cancelled over 4 weeks prior to the booking date.

  • Cancellations taking place under 4 weeks prior to the booking date are non-refundable.

How many items can I hire?

We currently do not place a limit on how many items you can hire at once.

The security deposits must be paid for each item hired.
